Craig S. Bloomgarden is an accomplished civil litigator. He has over thirty-five years of litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts throughout California and other jurisdictions around the country.
He has represented both individuals and businesses in a wide variety of disputes, including contract, business tort (e.g., fraud/misrepresentation), fiduciary duty, real estate, construction, insurance, and environmental disputes, among others. In addition to litigation, his practice focuses on pre-litigation counseling and dispute resolution, including through mediation and arbitration.
Prior to moving to and opening his own firm in Palm Desert, California, Mr. Bloomgarden practiced civil litigation at prominent law firms in Los Angeles. He has been awarded a peer review rating of AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards, and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Virginia.
